Stool & Table construction

This one week course focuses on the classic four corner frame constructed by using mortise and tenon joints. This type of structure is used in chairs, tables, desks and any supporting frame. The frame we build can be modified by you during the week to your preference and finished as a table or woven stool. The set out and cutting of the joints is in three stages with each being more complex than the previous. A simple but challenging project in an important area of woodworking.
